Armen oversees much of day-to-day TV business & legal affairs in his role at A24 — the indie studio responsible for recent award-winning productions Minari, Ramy, and Euphoria. He has previously volunteered on behalf of the California Lawyers for the Arts, served as a guest lecturer for the Johns Hopkins University Film & Media Studies program, and continues to mentor students from his alma mater UCLA.

Artin is a leader in tech in several capacities including most recently as Vice President of Technology at WarnerBros in Media and Entertainment sector and Vice President of Technology at Turnitin in Education Tech sector. Saghatelian’s 20 years of experience in the technology sector have focused primarily on transforming organizations into cloud-first modern tech teams.

Deran co-executive produced over 40 episodes and directed 23 episodes of House. For his work on the series, Sarafian won the AFI Award for Best Director, was nominated for two Primetime Emmys, and won 2 People’s Choice Awards. Sarafian has produced and directed over 100 episodes of critically-acclaimed network, cable, and streaming series, including the CSI franchise, Lost, Hemlock Grove, Hell On Wheels, Dominion, Crossbones, and The Strain.

Eliz is the Director of Spot Sales at NBCUniversal. She oversees Local & National Sales for NBC OTS, Telemundo Network, Regional Sports Network, LX TV, COZI Network, DOOH, NBC Spot-On and Peacock. Eliz has been with NBCUniversal for over 25 years in a variety of roles including Programming Manager and Director of Programming & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Telemundo she was a casting agent for Latin American talent, and an independent producer in Latin America and the USA.

Emily was born and raised in Seattle, WA and holds a business degree in both Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Washington – Foster School of Business. She is currently a Financial Accounting Manager for Disney+ at the Walt Disney Company and previously worked on the domestic and international distribution for both studio and media content. She moved to LA to be close to her relatives and other Armenians. Her goal with AMET is to help uplift and bring awareness to the Armenian community in any way she can.

Helen manages special projects and events for Warner Bros. Corporate Communications. In her current role, she oversees a wide variety of corporate events and studio-wide activations. Helen joined the company after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University Northridge.

Maria is a Vice Chair of Pennsylvania Film Industry Association, award-winning filmmaker, writer, SAG-AFTRA member, and diversity & anti-bullying activist. She also hosts masterclasses for aspiring actors and filmmakers, runs a network of educational centers, oversees annual charity events, and manages a food program that provides free healthy meals daily to over 1200 children from struggling families.

Natalie is an Associate Project Manager at The Walt Disney Company in Localization Operations focusing on pre-release theatrical, Disney Plus, Fox, and National Geographic produced content for international releases. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Law from the University of Southern California.

Sarin serves as Vice President of Labor Relations and Senior Labor Counsel for Warner Bros. Television. She has been with the company for four years. Her work involves providing counsel for productions regarding the application of domestic and international guild and union agreements and participating in the collective bargaining processes with other major studios across the entertainment industry. Sarin holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. She is passionate about AMET’s focus on mentorship and diversity initiatives.

Talar is a Director of Global Brand Partnerships at Warner Bros. Pictures leading execution of theatrical marketing partnership campaigns for the past 5 years. She started her career in entertainment marketing at R&CPMK (formerly PMK.BNC) and is a graduate of UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in English.

Talin serves as Senior Counsel in the Theatrical Legal Department at Warner Bros. Pictures. She helps guide WBP productions from early development through release. Haroutounian received her J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law in 2016. She is passionate about volunteering her time to the global Armenian community and hopes to make a difference with her work through AMET.
